Great place! Very clean. Nice finishes and washer/dryer in apartment. Started leasing an apartment once the building construction was completed a few years ago. Very happy with the apartment, staff, and location. Easy to use online payment system. Great first apartment for our son!

Love living here! Such a great place, it's so close to downtown, and it's right by the highway too. Soooo happy I moved from Clearwater! Our friends referred us here & we helped them move into their apartment too. Amenities are so great- pool area, valet trash, gym, etc. The office girls are extremely nice and do their best to help too. We moved here in February and we've been loving it every day. Feel really safe with the security driving around at night in the parking lot too!

My husband Stephen and I had been looking for several weeks for a luxury apartment near Central Ave. We toured no less that 7 complexes before touring the Exchange. Once we did, with Jessica we were immediately impressed with the amenities and the floorplans and decided right then that #8 on our list was a charm! We have been here 3 weeks and love it! All of the staff here have been so wonderful! They addressed all our needs! Thank you!

This place was recommended by a friend when my lease was running out. I took the tour and was impressed by the large gym and smart tech in the apartment. The staff was extremely helpful in coordinating my transition. Even my pug Pablo is happy we made the move downtown!
